Information submitted through the form
The “Tell us what you are looking for” form is optional and is used so we can reply to visitor questions about Tismana and the surrounding area.
What information you may submit
The form asks for your name and email address. You may optionally provide a phone/WhatsApp number, travel dates, number of adults and children, an approximate budget and any other details you choose to include.
Why we use this information
We use the information only to read your request and reply with general information or suggestions about your visit. We do not sell form data or use it for automated advertising.
How the form is handled
The site is hosted by Netlify and the form uses Netlify Forms. Technical transmission and storage of submissions may therefore involve processing by the hosting provider under its own terms and privacy policies.
Retention and deletion
We keep messages only for as long as reasonably needed to answer and continue the conversation related to your request. You can ask for deletion by sending a message through the same form and clearly stating that it is a personal-data request.
Cookies and analytics
This version does not install our own advertising or tracking-cookie services. The hosting provider may generate technical data needed for security and operation of the service.
Business listings, place suggestions and event-submission forms remain disabled; only the visitor-help form is active.
